
HOUSING
The College will assist to find apartments, home stay and apartments sharing for
international students, and provide suggestions, service fees will apply. However, a
tenant liability is bound in a lease agreement with a landlord.

The student residence accommodation is ideal for independent travelers. The
service includes a single room and a change of sheets and towels once a week.
Students share a kitchen (you cook your own meals), bathroom facilities and a
student lounge with TV and VCR, and phone.

This option is highly recommended for open-minded students who want to optimize
their learning experience and discover the Canadian way of life. All host families are
carefully selected by our Home stay Coordinator based on information provided on
your accommodation application form. You will receive all details regarding your
host family a few weeks prior to arrival so that you can establish a first contact. It is a
very popular choice among foreign students. This service includes: a single room;
3 or 2 meals a day; sheets and towels changed once a week.
AIRPORT RECEPTION
We offer an airport pick-up service for international students. A representative from
Tyark College will welcome you on your arrival and bring you to your accommodation.
