Registration Policy
Online Course

By enrolling in Tyark.com the CORPORATE Client/Student agrees to the following:

1. Payment in full upon registration for any courseware Bundle Subscription purchase.
2. Course material is made available to registered students for a period of twelve months after purchase. Due to licensing restrictions, software will be deemed to be in use at first use, or thirty days after registration, whichever is sooner, unless a specific arrangement is made.
3. A Student ID (Identification and Password) is assigned to an individual user of Tyark courseware. Billing and Reporting of results are based upon the Student ID. Allowing other persons to use your Student ID invalidates this agreement.

By enrolling in Tyark.com the INDIVIDUAL Student agrees to the following:

1. Payment in full upon registration for any courseware Bundle Subscription purchase.
2. When, by special arrangement, mentoring has been scheduled, the charges for the mentor's time are due immediately upon provision of the service.
3. Course material is made available to registered students for a period of twelve months after purchase. Due to licensing restrictions, software will be deemed to be in use at first use, or thirty days after registration, whichever is sooner, unless a specific arrangement is made.
4. A Student ID (Identification and Password) is assigned to an individual user of our courseware. Billing and Reporting of results are based upon the Student ID. Allowing other persons to use your Student ID invalidates this agreement.

Refund Policy
Online Course

1. Refunds after use of purchased Bundle:
   1. If written notice of withdrawal is received within 30 days of the student starting the bundle, Tyark.com may retain 30% of the total fees due under the agreement.
   2. If a student withdraws or is dismissed more than 30 days after starting the bundle, no refund is given.
2. Mentored course refunds before course use:
   1. If written notice of withdrawal is received less than seven days after the agreement is made, and before the student starts the course or bundle, Tyark.com may retain 10% of the course fees due under the agreement or $100, whichever is less.
   2. If written notice of withdrawal is received less than thirty days but more than seven days after the agreement, and before the student starts the course, Tyark.com may retain 20% of the total fees due under the agreement.
3. Mentored course refunds after course use:
   1. If written notice of withdrawal is received when 10% or less of the course has been completed, Tyark.com may retain 30% of the total fees due under the contract.
   2. If a student withdraws or is dismissed when 30% or less of the course has been completed, Tyark.com may retain 50% of the total fees due under the contract.
   3. If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 30% of the course has been completed no refund is given.
